My wife and I purchased the Aday-King Home on November 4, 2010.  I have always had a love for older homes and really didn't think that my wife would be interested in purchasing this property. This home was actually my very first listing as a Realtor and only my 2nd sale.  After my wife had brought up the idea of purchasing the home in order to avoid renting...I was immediately on board!
